About:
We’ve been doing this for 6 years now. Our varsity hockey team teams up with Mrs. Zink’s 2nd-grade class to mentor them for the entire school year. My team of about 25 meets with her class about once a month…sometimes more during the season. I’m fortunate to have my returning players help out before and after our winter season. I have some great kiddos!
We team up to do some team-building activities, games, crafts, write letters and cards to our community, and many other activities. It’s an awesome connection!
