About:
The Bridgewater-Raynham Girls Basketball team showcased the true meaning of unity, inclusion, and school spirit during their annual Best Buddies game—an unforgettable night that brought the entire community together.
Held at Monti, the event featured a fun and energetic matchup between students and teachers, all in support of Best Buddies Massachusetts. More than just a game, the evening was a celebration of friendship, connection, and the power of inclusive athletics.
More Than a Game
With the gym filled with excitement and support, student-athletes, faculty, and community members came together under one shared purpose—to create a welcoming and empowering experience for all. The collaboration between the girls basketball program, boys basketball team, and school staff highlighted what can happen when a school rallies around a meaningful cause.
The smiles, laughter, and energy throughout the night reflected the impact of the Best Buddies mission—fostering friendships and opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
One Team, One Family
The theme of the night, #OneTeamOneFamily, was on full display. From the players on the court to the supporters in the stands, everyone played a role in making the event a success.
Bridgewater-Raynham Girls Basketball continues to lead by example—using their platform not just to compete, but to uplift, include, and inspire.
