The vision for the Daemen College intercollegiate athletic program is that student-athletes and athletics will thrive in NCAA Division II and compete in conference and national postseason tournaments within five years of becoming an active member. With the necessary administrative support, Daemen College will develop and expand programs that will enhance not only the Department of Athletics, but also the College as a whole. Daemen College student-athletes will serve their team, their College, their conference, and their community with the character, respect, responsibility, leadership, sportsmanship, and integrity demonstrative of the NCAA Division II philosophy.
