Photo caption: To give back to the community and show that the Westhampton Beach Hurricanes truly care, the members of the Westhampton Beach High School Youth to Youth Club recently collected 1,400 pounds of food, 288 pounds of toiletries and 405 pairs of socks. The effort was led by led by advisers Joe Garvey, school counselor, and Kaitlin Gebhardt, school social worker. The donations were delivered to community organizations and pantries to be distributed to local families in need, as well as to those in Ukraine. Additionally, students wrote hundreds of thank-you letters to the brave members of the armed forces currently serving through Support Our Troops.
