On November 11, the CCHS Boys Varsity Basketball team proudly hosted their annual Veterans Day Youth Clinic, welcoming over 100 youth players for a day filled with skill-building, mentorship, and community spirit. For the 25+ Varsity players who led the event, this clinic was more than just an opportunity to share their love for basketball—it was a chance to pay tribute to the military veterans who have sacrificed so much, allowing the community to come together on special days like this.
Varsity team members guided the young players through drills, shared game strategies, and created a memorable experience for all. But at the heart of the day was a powerful message of gratitude. The team took a moment to honor and thank veterans, acknowledging that there is no team more important than those who serve our country.
By dedicating their time and energy to the youth and honoring local veterans, the CCHS Boys Varsity Basketball team highlighted the deeper purpose of the clinic: to celebrate community, respect, and service.
