About:
On August 29, 2025, student-athletes from across all fall sports came together for the DHS Fall Sports Snack Drive, supporting My Brother’s Table Soup Kitchen in Lynn, MA. The initiative began when organizers learned that the soup kitchen was running critically low on snacks — a daily essential for the guests they serve.
Throughout late August, athletes, families, and community members dropped off snacks and packaged foods, with multiple fall teams contributing. On the final collection day, a large bread truck arrived outside Dr. Deering Stadium, and with help from student-athletes and visiting teams participating in the field hockey jamboree that same day, the truck was packed to the brim and delivered straight to My Brother’s Table.
This marks the second consecutive year that Danvers has organized this impactful effort.
Danvers athletes also continued their commitment to service through Operation Troop Support, collecting and preparing care packages for U.S. service members stationed overseas. Through this initiative, students demonstrated gratitude for those serving our country and strengthened their understanding of civic responsibility and community engagement.
Together, these efforts reflect the core values that define Danvers Athletics: leadership, compassion, teamwork, and service. Whether on the field or giving back, the Falcons continue to soar — setting an inspiring example for student-athletes across Massachusetts.
