About:
The Dedham High School hockey community is coming together for a powerful cause as the Friends of Dedham HS Marauders Hockey host DHS Hockey Fights Cancer, a two-game fundraiser supporting the fight against cancer.
Fans are invited to join the Dedham community at The Nobles Rink for both the boys’ and girls’ matchups, as student-athletes take the ice with purpose—using their platform to raise awareness and funds for those affected by cancer.
The boys’ team will face Westwood on Wednesday, February 11 at 6:30 p.m., followed by the girls’ game against Ashland on Saturday, February 14 at 4:45 p.m. Both games will be held at The Nobles Rink.
There is no entry fee to attend, and donations will be accepted throughout the events. Fans can also participate in a Chuck-a-Puck fundraiser during the second and third periods, offering an exciting, interactive way to support the cause.
Events like DHS Hockey Fights Cancer highlight the true impact of education-based athletics—bringing communities together, raising awareness, and showing that high school sports are about more than competition. Through teamwork, generosity, and shared purpose, Dedham Marauders Hockey continues to demonstrate leadership both on and off the ice.
