Durfee High School’s student-athletes are proving that leadership extends far beyond the field. Recently, a group of upperclassmen volunteered at the local Stop & Shop food pantry, helping to provide groceries for over 140 families in need. This incredible act of service showcased their commitment not only to their sports but to the well-being of their community.
Led by their passion for making a difference, these student-athletes dedicated their time and energy to ensure families received essential groceries. Their efforts reflect the values of teamwork, compassion, and leadership that Durfee Athletics instills in its students. As much as they work hard to succeed on the field, it’s moments like these that demonstrate their true character.
