About:
We had 7 athletes helping out. They were to meet at 1 location and load trailers and trucks with all the decorations. We then moved to the center of town and assembled it all on the town common. The process in total was around 2 hours. This has turned into a yearly tradition with the seniors that will be leaving the program. Not all seniors help but 7-8 is usually the number of athletes that help. Once the new year has passed, I then have 7-8 of next years seniors help to disassemble and return to where it will be stored. Since we started doing this 4 years ago we have taken some of the heavy lifting burden off the group who has been doing this work for 30+ years.
