The Franklin High School Field Hockey team recently participated in the St. Vincent DePaul Walk for the Poor, showing their dedication to giving back to the community. The event, which raises funds to help those in need, was an opportunity for the team to come together off the field and make a real difference in the lives of their neighbors.
What makes this walk so impactful is that all money raised goes directly to support local families and individuals in need, making the team’s involvement even more meaningful. The Franklin HS Field Hockey players demonstrated the same kindness and compassion they show on the field, proving once again that they are role models both in sports and in service.
A big thank you to the team for their incredible participation and for reminding us of the importance of community support. Franklin is lucky to have such kind and compassionate young women in their program!
