The Franklin High School Panthers Hockey team is proving once again that their leadership extends far beyond the rink. Over the past two weekends, the team was up bright and early, volunteering their time to decorate downtown and the Town Common—bringing festive cheer to residents as the holiday season begins.
Armed with wreaths, greenery, and plenty of Panther pride, the players worked together to hang decorations, plant seasonal greens, and transform community spaces into warm, welcoming holiday displays. Their teamwork and dedication showcased the true spirit of service, reminding us that student-athletes aren’t just competitors—they’re role models and community builders.
This annual effort highlights the character and commitment of the Panthers, who consistently show up for their town both on and off the ice. As they prepare for the season opener in just 13 days, the team continues to lead by example, spreading kindness, unity, and holiday spirit throughout Franklin.
