Great work from the seniors from Gardner and Quabbin football organizing the Q-Munity Closet this morning. A couple hours of work goes a long ways for families.
The QMunity Closet is an initiative to support the diverse needs of students and families through various resources and increase equitable opportunities for students and their families who have a difficult time finding resources for food, clothes or other items. This space is currently located at the Quabbin Regional Middle/High School and contains non-perishable food, clothing and other necessities through donations and fundraising to provide to our students and families in need. The goal is for students and families to be able to utilize this every year throughout the entire school year and provide families in need with easy access to resources throughout the school year.
