Groton-Dunstable Track & Field student-athletes took time out of their weekend to give back to the community by volunteering at the annual Groton Road Race. Known for its strong local spirit and enthusiastic turnout, the event brought together runners of all ages—and our student-athletes were right in the heart of the action, lending a hand wherever needed.
Their presence not only helped ensure the race ran smoothly, but also highlighted the importance of student involvement in community events.
Volunteering at the Groton Road Race has become a fun and rewarding tradition for Groton-Dunstable’s Track & Field team. It’s a chance to stay connected with the town, support a meaningful event, and build bonds off the track that are just as strong as the ones they form while competing.
