The Hopkinton Boys and Girls Cross Country and Track & Field teams recently dedicated 3 hours of their time to volunteer at the Community Harvest Project in Grafton.
They worked hard digging and pulling up 11 long rows of plastic and irrigation hose, moving tables for a fundraising event, and washing and packing an impressive 480 pounds of celery.
All of the produce grown at CHP is donated to hunger relief efforts, making the team’s contribution both impactful and meaningful in the fight against food insecurity.
