The Marshfield Boys Hockey team once again demonstrated their commitment to community service with a food drive benefiting the Marshfield Food Pantry. Over a weekend, the team collected non-perishable food items at all four of their home games for both the Varsity and JV White/Green teams.
The food drive provided essential supplies to local families in need during the holiday season. As the team took to the ice, fans were encouraged to bring donations and support their efforts to give back to the community.
All 55 players in the program participated by helping collect and donate food at the games. In total, the team gathered over 800 pounds of food. On Christmas Eve, 15 players delivered the donations, spending an hour and a half sorting and organizing the food on the pantry shelves
