A special shout-out today to the Massachusetts-based Hockomock League, who has designated this week as “Mental Health Week” to support the emotional well-being of their student-athletes! Sporting events across the league will be designated as mental health awareness games, as the league’s twelve athletic departments partner with KyleCares to take a proactive, unified approach in advocating for mental health awareness for their schools and communities.
At North Attleboro HS the Boys basketball team and ice hockey will be taking part in a Kyle Cares Game. This week is about celebrating mental health and raising awareness for student athletes. The entire student body is invited ti come to teh games and wear green to support the cause. Announcements are made leading up to the game to help build upon the awareness.
