On Wednesday, January 28, LHS Lion Athletics paused competition to celebrate something even more meaningful than the game itself—the relationships that shape student-athletes along the way.
During the “My Jersey, Your Impact” recognition ceremony, each senior basketball player selected a teacher or staff member who has made a lasting, positive impact on their journey. These honorees were recognized for the guidance, encouragement, and support they’ve provided—both on and off the court.
The ceremony offered a powerful reminder that athletics are built on more than practices and game nights.
