About:
Nashoba Field Hockey recently hosted a fantastic Pink/Youth Night that brought together the community for a great cause. The event, dedicated to supporting Pink Revolution (Pink Rev), was a celebration of athleticism, youth involvement, and charitable giving. The team expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support and generous donations from attendees, which helped raise awareness and funds for the fight against breast cancer.
The night was made even more special by the presence of middle school and youth players, who came out in full force to cheer on the team and participate in the evening’s festivities. Their involvement added an extra layer of excitement to the atmosphere and demonstrated the strong community spirit that defines Nashoba Field Hockey.
On the field, the varsity squad battled to a thrilling 2-2 tie against Algonquin. Jocelyn Mariani and Victoria Masucci led the charge, each scoring key goals to keep the team in contention. Hannah Dwight earned recognition for her tenacious play throughout the game, taking home the team’s coveted stick for her outstanding performance.
Overall, the Pink/Youth Night was a great success, blending competitive field hockey with meaningful community impact. Nashoba Field Hockey extends its heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported the event and helped make a difference in the fight against breast cancer.
