About:
On a beautiful October afternoon, Nashoba Soccer took to the field against Acton-Boxborough (AB) for their highly anticipated annual “Kick for a Cure” game. This special event brought together players, coaches, and fans, all united in the fight against cancer. The stands were filled with spectators donning pink ribbons and attire, creating a powerful display of solidarity and support for those affected by this disease.
“Kick for a Cure” is more than just a game—it’s an opportunity for the Nashoba community to raise awareness and funds for cancer research. Both teams played with heart and determination, honoring the courage of cancer patients, survivors, and their families. This year’s event highlighted the strength of the Nashoba community, reminding everyone that, together, we can make a difference.
Thank you to Nashoba Soccer, Acton-Boxborough, and all who attended for making this event a success. With each “Kick for a Cure” game, the Nashoba community demonstrates its commitment to fighting cancer and supporting those impacted by it. Here’s to many more years of teamwork, hope, and resilience on and off the field.
