The Northbridge High School Boys Varsity Basketball team opened its home season on December 12 with more than just a game—hosting a Toy Drive that helped bring joy to children and teens in need during the holiday season.
In partnership with the Northbridge National Art Honor Society, the event invited fans to bring a new toy in exchange for free admission to the game against Millis High School at the Northbridge High School Gym. Students from the National Art Honor Society led the effort, managing admissions, collecting donations, and helping coordinate the drive.
Thanks to the generosity of Ram Nation, the toy drive was a success, with all donations delivered to Toys for Kids and Teens, supporting families throughout the community. The night showcased how collaboration between student groups and athletic programs can create meaningful impact beyond the court.
The Northbridge Boys Basketball Home Opener was a powerful example of students using school spirit and teamwork to make a difference during the holiday season.
