AJ Quetta suffered a severe spinal cord injury in a game against us earlier this season. After the game players from both our school and AJ’s (Bishop Feehan) share a memorable moment at center ice as they joined for prayer. The following day our Boy’s Hockey team wanted to do more. They organized a dress-down day, created helmet stickers, and worked with the schools development office to raise funds for AJ’s medical expenses. In total, the Pope Francis Prep school community raised $13,392 from 440 donors. All of this was initiated and led by our boy’s hockey team.
