On October 3rd, the energy was high at Bedford High School as a familiar face made a meaningful return—“The Bedford Buc.”
More than just a symbol of school spirit, the Buc’s presence helped spotlight an important cause. In support of Morgan’s Message, the event focused on raising awareness for student-athlete mental health and encouraging open conversations across the school community.
By bringing back a beloved tradition and connecting it to a powerful message, Bedford Athletics created an environment where students could rally together—not only to cheer, but to care. The combination of school pride and purpose reinforced a simple but critical reminder: mental health matters, and no athlete should feel alone.
