It was a special day in Cougar Nation as Tri-County RVTHS celebrated their seniors and bid farewell to their beloved field. However, the highlight of the day wasn’t just about the game—it was about giving back. The Tri-County Football team raised nearly $5,000 to donate to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in memory of Mrs. Resendes, a beloved member of the community.
The team’s fundraising effort, supported by the fans, NHS, and Boosters, made this day even more meaningful. It’s a reminder of the powerful role student-athletes play, both on and off the field, in making a positive impact on their community.
