The Wakefield Volleyball teams took the court with a powerful mission: to raise awareness for mental health through Morgan’s Message. This initiative sparked important conversations about mental health among student-athletes, promoting well-being and support within the community.
A special thank you went to Emma Ickes (’26), who led the organization of this event. Her dedication to the cause and her role as an ambassador for the school were truly commendable. Emma’s efforts reminded us all of the importance of mental health and the strength in coming together to raise awareness. Through the Morgan’s Message program, Emma and her team created several posters, secured a donated banner, and distributed wristbands, brochures, stickers, and pins during the match.
It was an incredible night of support, as the community stood together to make a difference for mental health in the student-athlete community.
