Lynbrook South Middle School hosts Thanksgiving food drive

November 24, 2020 By Team Up 4 Community Leave a Comment

Students at Lynbrook South Middle School in the Lynbrook Public Schools recently showed their support for local families in need this Thanksgiving holiday. School social worker Amanda Cioffi and guidance counselor Jennifer Arena organized a Thanksgiving Food Drive and students generously donated nonperishable food items which were sorted into boxes to be donated to local families. In addition, the Lynbrook Kiwanis Club donated meals and gift cards toward the cause. The donations will allow local families to enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with a delicious meal.
