Helped to donate over 300 school supply items for the Amityville not for profit Hope for Youth! The cheerleaders collected pencils, pens, backpacks, notebooks and more! All of these items will be placed in the hands of children who have lost a parent to drug addiction or who are currently seeking treatment for recovery. (50 ppl 7 hours)
Their dedication to the clothing drive for General Needs not only provides essential items, like warm socks and underwear, to the homeless veterans but also conveys a message of inclusion, gratitude, and respect to our local heroes in need. ( 41 ppl 6 hours)
Northport Cheer partnered up with NHS Football & their Marching Band to successfully hold a fundraiser selling Go Gold Bracelets for September Childhood Awareness Month.
NHS Cheer, Football & Tigerband Boosters Sold Jenny’s Cookies & Bracelets to raise awareness.
They raised $814.00 to support to families of children with cancer, raise awareness for pediatric cancer, and help find a cure by funding Rhabdomyosarcoma research.(50 ppl 3 hours)
they participated in the Handler Hope Walk in memory of Lauren Handler and the fight against cancer!
Chloe Belle Foundation Toy Drive! We have collected 50 toys.
These toys will go to children currently undergoing cancer treatment in the hospital. This is done in memory of Chloe Lindberg who lost her battle to leukemia at age 25. Chloe was an NMS cheerleader and captain!
November they conducted a toiletries drive for our brave Women Veterans collecting over 500 items.
VA Honors, Recognizes, and Respects the Contributions of Women Veterans and so does Northport Cheer!
Perfect timing with the Marine Corps. Birthday Friday November 10th and Veterans Day November 11th.
