Your voice matters. Conversations, emails, and social media all play a powerful role in expanding the reach of the Nassau vs. Suffolk Challenge and inspiring more youth athletes to understand the real impact of community service.

That understanding doesn’t happen by accident—it’s sparked through education, connection, and leadership development.

Through Team Up 4 Community’s Leadership Conferences, student-athletes are introduced to the power of service and challenged to think beyond themselves. In partnership with local school districts, Sections VIII and XI on Long Island, and state athletic associations, founder Steve Webb leads interactive experiences that inspire students to take action and create meaningful change in their schools and communities.
