L.I. Holiday Sports Heroes Video Challenge 2024

GOAL

The W20 Foundation’s Team Up 4 Community (TU4C) program extends our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in the 2025 L.I. Holiday Sports Heroes Challenge.

The dedication and generosity shown by our youth athletes, teams, schools, and organizations continue to inspire. By sharing their acts of service, participants motivated others to give back and demonstrated the powerful impact young leaders can have within their communities.

This year’s Holiday Sports Heroes Challenge engaged 45,713 participants, who collectively donated 105,497 hours of community service. These efforts represent an estimated $3,670,241 value of time returned to our communities, along with $265,326 raised in support of meaningful causes.

Thank you for your time, energy, and commitment to service. Your contributions truly make a difference.

From September 1st, 2025 to June 30th, 2026, each month an athlete, team, school or organization involving athletes can upload a community service project to www.TeamUp4Community.org with a PHOTO and details of their work for a chance to receive that monthly giveaway.

VIDEO CHALLENGES

During the 2025 Holiday Season and the Spring of 2026, athletes, teams, schools or organizations involving athletes can upload a community service project to www.TeamUp4Community.org with a VIDEO and details of their work for a chance to receive a scholarship or grant. $5,000 in total will be awarded each VIDEO CHALLENGE.
